Noblesse oblige

Gaston, who calls himself Baron Goby of the Pond, every night gives himself to mad joy pretending, with his wife and mother-in-law, to go and destroy the statues of the opponents of the monarchy. While having fun in an out-of-town hotel with the wife of his most bitter rival, he is mistaken for the latter and ends up the victim of a series of misunderstandings that will lead him to give political speeches out of hand and to live daring adventures.
