Lucien has decided to leave his mistress to marry another, but not having the courage to tell her, he decides to write her a letter. Meanwhile, his new manservant arrives, who turns out to be rude and vulgar, rude to everyone. At Lucien’s house his future mother-in-law appears and is promptly mocked and thrown out by the new manservant. The waiter from the restaurant, who comes to bring lunch, is also treated in the same way. When Lucien’s former lover shows up, the servant does not hesitate to reveal the truth to her.
