Emile Verhaeren Teatro

This volume collects for the first time in Italian, allowing an immediate comparison of the works, the four dramas composed by the Belgian poet Émile Verhaeren: Il chiostro, Filippo II, Le albe and Elena di Sparta. The book also contains critical articles and in-depth studies, which analyse the above-mentioned texts and also the author’s poetic work through different points of view, also bringing to light new aspects of his style.
